:D Glad to see the park actually working this time. I hope it goes from strength!

Looking forward to seeing it for the first time soon.

I hope Legoland is a success as it would be a shame if the original gardens were lost forever.

I went to Legoland last November whilst I was there with Jean and we both really enjoyed looking at the various Lego models. There also seemed to be a lot to do for younger children. It may have been because it hadn't been open very long but my only disappointment was that you couldn't seem to get around a lot of the original gardens but hopefully this has now improved.

We went to Legoland a couple of weeks ago as we'd never seen it since it was the original Cypress Gardens and were impressed with the new park. The colours are very bright and the Lego models are amazing. We took our niece's son with us who is eight and had already been once on his school outing but he was still very enthusiastic about the park. (says he wants to work there when he grows up. When we said he would have to move home to be nearer the park his reply was "nooo!......by then I'll be able to teleport from Orlando!!).....who knows .....he might be right by then ??

I would certainly say it's designed mainly for under 12's but still a very good day out. I was pleased to see that they have left some of the original Cypress garden area to walk around and also the Island in the Sky feature which rises and spins very slowly to a great height giving an amazing view of the surrounding area.

There are a few rides to attract the older children including a "shoot out" indoor ride (a bit like "men in Black" at Universal), and a couple of coaster style rides and pirate and water ski shows etc.

An enjoyable day out. :D

We did the waterpark last week.

Only small and a long hike from entrance but hardly anyone there so got on all the slides quickly. Some good ones but stairs nearly killed me! Tiny kids kept running by as I crawled up them.

Ted wasn't allowed in water but we did a coaster together. Got the tickets for $45 so a good deal.

Love the LEGO models too.
